Human Rights Park organized its general assembly on 6th February 2011. Chief guest of the program was honorable Ram Nagina Singh, member of National Human Rights Commission(NHRC). Other dignified guests of the gathering were honorable Gauri Pradhan member of NHRC, Mr. Kundan Aryal Chairman of Nepal Television and Ms. Sulochana Manandhar, member of Nepal Academy. Chair person Mr. Narayan Dhakal welcomed participating guests and members. He also briefed about  present activities of  the organization. Chief guest highlighted the universal importance of human rights in present context. The program was concluded with many decisions to be taken in future.
